Broadrick Capital is a private equity fund, backed by EtonHouse International Holdings, a Singapore based education group running over 100 schools.
The Senior Investment Analyst will play a critical role in supporting Broadrick Capital’s strategic growth in the education sector. The analyst will be working closely with the CEO and investment team, and responsible for conducting deep financial and market analysis, building valuation models, and driving the operations of the fund.

Job Description

  • Ideally 2-4 years of working experience in a role relating to corporate finance or
    accounting firms.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including financial modelling, valuation,
    and sensitivity analysis to assess investment opportunities.
  • Conduct industry and market research to identify new investment opportunities and trends.
  • Support the due diligence and investment process for potential investments,
    including gathering and analysing data, reviewing company and legal documents, and coordinating with third-party advisors.
  • Preparation of marketing materials for investment purposes.
  • Develop and maintain investment documentation, including investment memoranda, due diligence reports, and portfolio analysis.
  • Adopt a proactive approach in managing the day to day operations of the fund,
    which includes compliance, and coordinating with external support vendors.
  • Assist the business development team on projects, as and when required.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent
  • Good financial acumen with attention to detail
  • Strong financial modelling and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask on multiple projects in a small team
  • Willingness to learn and be proactive at work
  • Able to travel for business
  • Experience with legal documents and operational processes for a fund is a bonus
  • Open to Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents (PR) only
