Brand and Marketing Manager (The Eton Academy)

Reporting to Group CMO, the Brand and Marketing Manager will work closely with
the Director of Enrichment as well as the academic, enrolment and customer
experience teams, and other relevant internal departments to market, promote and
build brand equity for The Eton Academy.
Job Description
- Oversee all digital and social properties, activate and optimise campaigns
driving organic and paid traffic and engagement. - Conceptualize, curate, and create engaging content to enhance
equity, traction and conversion. - Enhance website and social media content and user experience.
- Plan and execute lead generation and performance campaigns across
search, social, display, and programmatic channels. - Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns.
- Manage inbound and re-marketing campaigns, collaborating closely
with agency partners to achieve SMART goals. - Negotiate and execute campaigns for all media buys.
- Identify and develop partnerships to enhance equity and awareness
through earned media. - Pitch ideas to publishers and mainstream media for increased visibility.
- Collaborate with videographers, graphic designers, and content creators
to develop brand assets for awareness and equity. - Ensure all materials align with the brand's tone and guidelines.
- Develop high quality brand premiums.
- Develop the marketing budget and strategic initiatives to optimise spends
and ROI.
- Ensure lead and enrolment targets are met for all Eton Academy centres.
- Conceptualise promotions and plan their creative execution to drive
leads and conversions. - Plan and execute recruitment events, open days, and strategic initiatives
to promote centres. - Train and support on-ground enrolment and customer experience teams
to improve conversions. - Conduct regular competitor analysis and audits.
- Prepare enrolment reports, emphasizing key performance indicators like
cost per action/lead, conversion rate, and funnel analysis. - Lead the development of strategies and tools to enhance
customer engagement and experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Communications from a
recognised University - At least 7-10 years of related work experience in a service-oriented
industry with a strong understanding and demonstrated expertise
in digital marketing - Experience working in a school environment would be an
added advantage - Essential to have prior experience in implementing and
executing marketing plans from inception to execution. - Experience leading a team is preferred
- Possess a collaborative attitude and work well in a team-oriented
work environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Result oriented and a hands-on marketer, open-minded, lifelong learner
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
