Senior Executive (Corporate Planning and Reporting)

This position is designed for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful individual who can manage communications, reporting, financial reviews, executive-level presentations, projects, and task management.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Review and Reporting
- Collect, consolidate, and synthesize data to support decision-making.
- Conduct comprehensive business analysis, benchmarking, and environmental scans to inform senior management decisions.
- Prepare, analyze, and present regular reports, forecasting, and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Support the creation of high-impact presentations for internal and external audiences.
- Create and maintain dashboards and trackers to monitor key metrics and KPIs
- Communications Management
- Draft, review, and manage internal communications, announcements, and stakeholder updates on behalf of the executive leadership.
- Coordinate cross-functional communications and ensure alignment.
- Project Management
- Track progress of strategic and operational projects, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
- Follow up with internal and external stakeholders on assigned tasks, escalating issues where necessary.
- Maintain project documentation, timelines, and status updates for leadership visibility.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
- Outstanding analytical abilities with proven skills in data interpretation and presentation.
- Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and familiarity with business analytics or data visualisation tools.
