Job Description
The Brand & Marketing Manager will lead brand building, marketing, and enrolment strategies for EtonHouse and Middleton Bangkok schools. This role is pivotal in strengthening market presence, driving student enrolments, and nurturing key partnerships. The Manager will collaborate with admissions, academic, customer experience, operations teams and Head of School to ensure brand consistency and enrolment success.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Marketing
- Oversee all digital and social media properties, activating and optimising campaigns to drive organic and paid traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Conceptualise and curate high-quality content (visual, video, copy) aligned with brand guidelines to enhance visibility, equity, and parent engagement.
- Plan and execute lead generation and performance campaigns across search, social, programmatic, and display channels.
- Leverage data-driven insights to continuously optimise campaigns, track ROI, and improve conversion metrics.
- Manage media buys, negotiate placements, and build relationships with publishers and mainstream media for earned visibility.
- Collaborate with creative partners (videographers, designers, content creators) to produce impactful brand assets.
- Develop and manage the annual marketing budget and ensure optimal utilization of resources.
- Organise recruitment events, open days, and campaigns to promote the school to prospective families.
- Work closely with all stakeholders for brand alignment and messaging across all touchpoints.
Admissions & Enrolment
- Drive enrolments across the Bangkok campuses by developing strategies that strengthen the admissions funnel and improve lead-to-enrolment conversions.
- Collaborate with Parent Liaison (PL) team to forecast, plan, and meet enrolment targets.
- Conceptualise promotions and offers to attract families and accelerate enrolments.
- Provide training, tools, and support to admissions and CX teams for on-ground conversions.
- Monitor and analyse competitor activity, providing regular market intelligence and insights.
- Prepare enrolment reports with KPIs such as cost per lead, cost per acquisition, conversion rates, and funnel analysis.
Partnerships
- Build and nurture relationships with corporates, relocation agencies, recruitment agents, and embassies to drive referrals and awareness.
- Develop and execute B2B marketing initiatives to position EtonHouse schools as the preferred schooling option.
- Organise events and networking opportunities with partners to expand reach.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 7–10 years’ experience in brand and marketing management, preferably in education or service industries.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, campaign management, and enrolment growth.
- Proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies from concept to execution.
- Prior team leadership experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised, results-driven, and able to perform under pressure.
- Collaborative, hands-on, and open-minded lifelong learner.
