Job Description
Infrastructure and user/site support
Support network setup and troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, switches, routers)
Assist with server maintenance and diagnostics (Windows and Linux)
Perform endpoint management and software deployment across sites (laptops/desktops)
Cloud administration support
Support basic administration tasks for:
*Microsoft 365
*Google Workspace
*Azure
Assist in user access tasks and configuration changes under guidance
Security and reliability
Help implement cybersecurity measures such as:
Firewall support (basic checks/config support with seniors/vendors)
Endpoint protection
Backup processes and basic recovery checks
Use monitoring/troubleshooting tools to identify and resolve infrastructure issues
Documentation and compliance
Maintain clear documentation (e.g., network diagrams, configurations, SOPs/runbooks)
Apply PDPC data protection and internal IT governance standards during tasks and projects
Project support (upgrades/migrations)
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors during infrastructure upgrades or migrations
Support rollout activities (environment setup, migration support, infrastructure testing before go-live)
Azure exposure
Provision and manage basic Azure resources
Configure basic security controls and access settings
Support identity and access tasks (e.g., role-based access concepts)
Learn basic scripting to help automate admin tasks:
*PowerShell
*Bash
Tools you may use
Cloud/platforms: Azure, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace
Systems: Windows, Linux
Scripting: PowerShell, Bash
Security/ops (varies by environment): endpoint protection, backup tools, monitoring/troubleshooting tools
Documentation: SOPs, configuration records, network architecture documentation
Qualifications:
Basic understanding of IT fundamentals:
*Networking basics (IP, Wi‑Fi, switches/routers)
*Windows/Linux basics
*Troubleshooting mindset (able to isolate and test causes)
Willingness to learn and take instructions from senior engineers
Comfortable documenting steps taken and outcomes clearly
Responsible attitude toward security and data protection (PDPC awareness or willingness to learn)
Any exposure to Azure / Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace
Experience with endpoint management or software deployment tools
