Job Description:

Broadrick Capital is a MAS licensed private equity fund, backed by EtonHouse International Holdings, a Singapore based education group running over 100 pre-schools and K-12 schools in Asia.

We are seeking a diligent, detail-oriented Compliance & Operations Manager with approximately 2-4 years of working experience to lead our regulatory framework and streamline our fund operations. As a VCFM-licensed firm, we require a professional who can navigate the specific requirements of the MAS regime while maintaining institutional-grade standards for our investors.

Job Responsibilities:

Regulatory Compliance

MAS Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS); manage annual filings, notifications of changes in particulars, and representative notifications

AML/CFT Oversight: Lead the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (CFT) program, including conducting KYC/CDD on new LPs and portfolio company founders

Policy Maintenance: Regularly review and update the firm’s Compliance Manual, Risk Management Framework, and Personal Account Dealing policies to align with evolving MAS notices

Internal Audit: Coordinate periodic internal compliance reviews to ensure the fund remains exit-ready and audit-compliant

Fund Operations & Administration

Investor Relations Ops: Manage the onboarding process for new investors and oversee the distribution of quarterly/annual fund reports.

Liaison Management: Serve as the bridge between the fund and external service providers, including the Fund Administrator, Tax Advisors, and Auditors.

Capital Calls: Assist the investment team in managing capital call notices and tracking distributions.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Law, Economics, or a related field

• 2–4 years of relevant working experience in compliance, risk, or fund operations, preferably within a private equity fund, asset management firm, financial institution, or accounting firm

• Familiarity with MAS regulations, including AML/CFT requirements and regulatory reporting

• Experience in KYC/CDD processes, regulatory filings, and compliance policy management

• Understanding of fund operations, investor onboarding, and capital call processes is an advantage

• Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation and records

• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills when working with regulators, investors, and external service providers
