Assistant Quality Assurance Manager

The Assistant Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for ensuring that the organisation maintains high standards of quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across all centres/ campuses. This role oversees certification processes such as ERF/EduTrust and SPARK and drives quality assurance frameworks aligned with regulatory and organisational requirements.
Job Description
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Lead and support centres/ campuses in achieving and maintaining ERF/EduTrust and SPARK certification
Ensure compliance with ECDA, SSG, and relevant regulatory requirements
Conduct regular internal audits, reviews, and gap analyses across centres/ campuses
Develop, review, and implement quality assurance policies, SOPs, and frameworks
Certification & Documentation
Support centres/campuses in preparing documentation and submission for ERF/EduTrust and SPARK certification
Work closely with centre/campus leaders to ensure readiness for external audits and inspections
Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance standards and certification requirements
Continuous Improvement
Identify areas for improvement and drive quality enhancement initiatives across centres/campuses
Analyse feedback, audit findings, and performance data to recommend improvements
Support centres/ campuses in implementing best practices and maintaining consistent standards
Stakeholder Management
Work closely with Principals, and HQ teams to align quality initiatives and compliance priorities
Act as a key liaison with external bodies (e.g. ECDA and SSG) where required
Provide advisory support to centres/campuses on regulatory and compliance related matters
Training & Capability Building
Conduct training and workshops on quality standards, ERF/EduTrust and SPARK requirements
Build capability within centres/campuses to sustain quality practices independently
Qualifications:
At least posses Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or related field
Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, compliance, or centre leadership within the education sector
Hands-on experience with SPARK and EduTrust certification is a must
Strong knowledge of ECDA / SSG regulatory frameworks and requirements
Experience in audit, documentation, and process improvement
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
