Senior Alumni Relations and Events Coordinator Executive

A Senior Alumni Relations & Events Coordinator Executive will design and deliver innovative and effective alumni engagement programmes with the goal of engaging the alumni, and ultimately building a large active community of supportive alumni. He or she will play an instrumental role in bringing together former EtonHouse parents, students and staff and create opportunities to reconnect, bond, network and engage in meaningful community initiatives. This role is also responsible for creating, curating and implementing events that enhance visibility and traction and strengthen the brand.
Job Description
Strategic engagement
Initiate and manage a range of projects to develop alumni engagement opportunities and grow the membership of the Alumni Association
Develop alumni engagement metrics and measurements of success and report on outcomes
Communications
Build and maintain a vibrant alumni community on social media
Manage and lead regular communications with alumni through a range of digital channels and tools
Research and develop content ideas to raise awareness of alumni news and events, including sourcing compelling alumni stories to share with a wider community
Promote the alumni association to graduating cohorts
Events
Plan and execute a range of events to engage the community, not limited to the alumni
Event planning, design and production while managing all project timelines
Conduct market research and negotiate contracts prior to closing any deals
Coordinate with the various teams to facilitate the event delivery
Data Management
Continuously improve the quality and integrity of alumni data through various means, including regular clean-up and maintenance, seeking opportunities to recover alumni we’ve lost touch with, and following ongoing academic and professional careers of former students
Qualifications:
At least posses a diploma or degree with 2 years of work experience
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with initiative and close attention to detail
Digital enthusiast
Competency in using various martech and project management tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated experience with event coordination and execution
